一、    外资（合资、合作）企业客户须提供的资料

Ⅰ Documents for Joint Venture with Chinese and Foreign Investment, Foreign-owned Enterprise

1、中方投资者营业执照副本复印件（加盖投资者公司的公章，8份）

1. Copy of Business License of the Chinese investor (with the seal of the enterprise,8 copies)

2、外方投资者的合法开业证明复印件（加盖公司公章，8份） （需由正规的翻译公司翻译成中文并加盖翻译公司的公章）

2. Copy of foreign investor’s certification of legal practice (with the seal of the enterprise, 8 copies) (Must be translated to Chinese and sealed by normal translation company)

3、中方投资者的银行资信（金）证明原件（中方投资者账户中的资金额需等于或者高于其投资额）

3.  Original banker's reference of the Chinese investor (the capital amount in the account of the Chinese investor must be equal or higher to the investment)

4、外方投资者的银行资信证明原件（外方投资者账户中的资金额需等于或者高于其投资额）

4. Original banker's reference of the foreign investor (the capital amount in the account of the foreign investor must be equal or higher to the investment)

5、拟设立外资企业董事长、副董事长、董事、总经理、副总经理的身份证复印件（需有本人在身份证明复印件上签名）

5. Copy of identification card of the chairman of the board, vice-president, director, generalmanager, deputy general manager. (with the signatures of their own)

6、法定代表人大一寸彩照8张

6.Eight color self-photos with one inch in size of the legal representative

7、合资（作）企业住所的租赁合同原件（租赁合同需到房屋管理局或街道的出租屋管理中心备案）、产权证明（即房产证，尚未办理房产证的，需提供房屋买卖合同）

7.Original leasing contract of the legal residence of the joint venture enterprise and cooperation company(the leasing contract must be put on record at the Building Management Bureau or the Let Management Center),certificate of title(namely the property ownership certificate, or the contact of the building sailing )

（注：第2项投资者为香港公司的，开业注册证明需经香港具中国委托公证人的律师楼公证，投资者为外国公司的，注册登记证明需经中国驻当地大使馆盖章，投资者印件为个人的，提交个人身份证明复印件及相片）
